Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10-13.2 · last updated 2026-10-13. We record which version of this notice you were shown when you signed up, so a later change cannot alter what you agreed to.
What we collect
If you submit the email form, we store your email address, the page you submitted it from and the date and time. We also store any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign), the domain of the page that sent the form, the country your connection comes from, which Cloudflare works out from your IP address, and a jurisdiction derived from that country: UK, EU or US. We do not ask for your name, and we store no IP address and no location finer than a country.
If you email us, we hold that message and your address so we can reply.
What we do with it
We use your email address to send one confirmation email and, once you confirm, a notice when the planning tools launch. The guides themselves are free to read here and are not sent by email. We do not sell your address, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics that count visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. We do not use analytics that track you across other websites.
Affiliate links and tracking
There are no affiliate links on this site at present. If that changes, following one would let the destination merchant or its affiliate network set a cookie recording that the visit came from us, so any resulting purchase is credited correctly. That cookie would be set by them under their privacy policy, not ours. We would receive confirmation that a purchase occurred; we would not receive your payment details.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and for no longer than 24 months after you confirm it. After that it is deleted. Addresses that never complete the confirmation step are deleted within 30 days of signup.
We keep a record of your consent — when it was given, by what mechanism, which version of this notice you were shown, and the page, domain, country and jurisdiction recorded with your signup — for as long as we hold your address and for 24 months afterwards, because we have to be able to show that consent existed. That record identifies you by a keyed hash of your address, not the address itself.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc., based in the United States — hosts this site and the database your address is stored in, and processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We do not store your IP address ourselves.
- Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC), based in the United States — will send the confirmation email and the launch notice. Not yet active: no email has been sent from this site to anyone.
We add no other processor without updating this notice and its version.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Email hello@unofficialparkpass.com and we will action it.
Children
This site is aimed at adults planning family travel. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
